Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

If your cancellation request is received before the order has been dispatched, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be initiated.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further assistance.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and banking timelines.

Cancellation by Raazi Perfumes

Raazi Perfumes reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Payment failure or unsuccessful transaction verification
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order is cancelled by Raazi Perfumes after payment has been received, a full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
